Does anyone have any ideas? I see that Lao Hunan may have it on their menu, but it seems to be the dark, Hunan style (makes sense), and I'm looking for more of the Taiwanese fried style.

Any / all help is appreciated.

Try Yu Ton Dumpling House. They serve traditional taiwanese/chinese breakfast like Yo Tiao, Cho do fu, soy milk (sweet & salt), and xiao long bao. Their cho do fu is served with spicy cabbages. It's very authentic, just like the ones from Taiwan's night market.
