    After a dismal lunch at Tony C's favorite buffet, Buffet Palace (not my idea), I invoked the Kuhdo Rule* and stopped at Carniceria Y Taqueria Tierra Caliente, formerly Carniceria Leon . As I understand it Leon has been Caliente since September '06, but they just got around to changing the sign. The Armitage Ave Leon ownership did not change. **

    Nothing seems to have changed and the Al Pastor was as good as ever.
