I don't doubt that you had a bad meal at DB's Primehouse and that's too bad -- I had a very good meal there. But I think it's a bit much to accuse the restaurant of committing what would amount to be major fraud by advertising "dry aged" beef and serving you non-dry aged beef. Also, I note from the restaurant's menu that they do not advertise the filet served with the surf & turf to be dry aged, and of the two filets offered on the menu as stand-alone items, only the bone-in (which you apparently ordered) is listed as aged and it is listed only as "light age":
