Health Valley Organic, Toaster Tarts Blueberry, they had strawberry too. (it must be Kellogg Brand?)Also, I looked at the frosted ones at Trader Joe's and they didn't have any animal fat or gelatin that I could see, but I admit, I took a very quick look. Maybe you've tried these brands and they suck?

They taste healthy. They look like a Pop Tart but are not :P

Mission Accomplished. I'm at a family reunion in Havelock, NC. There's a Food Lion just up the street & I got 2 boxes of unfrosted blueberry Pop Tarts. They are fabulous.

It must be a regional thing b/c I grew up in S.C. & these are the Pop Tarts I ate.

I thought of this post just the other day while at my local Highland, IN Meijer store. Amidst the dazzling array of flavors now offered I did, indeed, find unfrosted blueberry. So NW Indiana is a bit of a drive for a craving, but not quite as far as North Carolina.

MincyBits, thanks for the heads up. I could always do that with a road trip to Baylor's & Old Fashioned Donuts.

Speaking of long drives, if anyone is heading up to Kettle Moraine (southern unit), I spotted unfrosted blueberry Pop Tarts in the Mukwonago, WI Walmart at Route 83 and highway 43. An even longer drive than IN, but you can stop at the Brat Stop on the way.

F.Y.I. Sara Lee on Dempster has a ton of unfrosted blueberry Pop-Tarts. I can't recall the price, but I'm sure it was under grocery store prices. Ironically, that's the only flavor that they're selling ;)

Yes, it's the one in Skokie. I'd not waste too much time, as their stock seems to rotate rather quickly. That's the only time that I've seen them there. Good luck!!!

That's the best news yet! Now if only I could get my wicked sister & D.C. consult to get me off of this health regimen that is the equivalent of a vegan Atkins plan so that I could eat them.

Hey there...I'm bumping this thread because smitten kitchen's story today is about making homemade pop tarts!

Her's are chocolately -- but nonetheless....

Hmmm, should I make these suckers the next time I make it to a dessert household exchange? It would still have to be blueberry. All other Pop Tarts are non-existent to me. Thanks for the link.

I was at Heinen's in Glenview picking up my case of Hatch chile and expecting to be disappointed yet again, I went to look at the Pop Tarts.

    UNFROSTED BLUEBERRY!!!!!

They also had Unfrosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon, as well as the more available Strawberry. I bought two boxes of the blueberry. So happy right now :)
