    I made this (and the pepper dish you did in your other recent post, minus the sausage) for dinner last night!

    I liked it, though I put in a bit too much marjoram (I had fresh, and it's not an exact 1-1. I didn't have the nice Mangalitsa shoulder, but I had a decent pork butt, and it worked.
