Hello!

PLEASE excuse me if this is the dumbest question ever proposed on this site, but I don't know where else to ask!

What are those delicious and shockingly flavorful clover-like "garnishes" used in delicate yet forward dishes at places like Schwa? I feel like they used it in every dish last time I ate there. Should have just asked them, but they probably wouldn't have heard me over the music anyways :)

Thank you in advance!!

Herb sprouts are the likely answer: micro basil, chervil, arugula or something like that.
