Hey there everyone

Name is Matthew Jozwiak and I am young chef who has worked all over this city from schwas dinner service to lulas brunch. I have also worked at Noma and in two parts of France.

I decided to do private tasting menu dinners where music is paired with music created for each course. The music is made by chicagos own artist Young Man. Check him out on Rolling Stone.

The dinners have been really successful and people have had a great time.

We price to please so any budget can afford.

I have one problem, I have no space anymore!!
If you have a large basement, back yard, dining room, unused space or really any space with a heat source that fits tables and chairs. I can put out this meal.

Please let me know if anyone wants to help me out with, seriously any space will do.
