"Caulfield" Pop-Up Restaurant at NU Campus - Nov 21st!

Hello everyone! We're Cookology, Northwestern University's culinary arts organization. We're a group of students who are passionate about food and cooking, and we hold cooking lessons, food labs, chef demonstrations, as well as quarterly pop-up restaurants. We're excited to be collaborating with one of the literary magazines on campus, PROMPT Magazine, to take everyone on a trip down memory lane. We wanted to share our upcoming pop-up restaurant with LTHForum - it's open to both students and non-students, and we hope to see you guys there!



ABOUT THE EVENT

Theme: Childhood memories - we will be riffing on childhood favorites!
What: Six-course prix fixe menu + drinks (non-alcoholic)
Cost: $30 per person + $3 tip
When: Saturday, November 21st, 5 PM or 7:30 PM
Where: Willard Residential College Dining Hall (Northwestern University), 1865 Sherman Ave, Evanston, IL
Dress Code: Dressy casual

Update: The ticket price has been dropped because of demand! It was $38 for non-students, and now it's $33, with a $3 tip already included.

Here's a peek at our menu for the night:

1. Grilled Cheese Trio with Brie and Pear, Havarti with Jam and Gouda with Caramelized Mushrooms
2. Chicken Noodle Soup with Kombu, Bonito, Chive oil and Watercress
3. Roasted Beef Short Ribs with Potato Dominos and Confit Carrots
4. Mint Infused Watermelon and Pear
5. Apple Pie
6. Thin Mints
(Drinks: Jalapeno Lemonade)
*Vegetarian options are available!

Very impressive and it looks like you guys have done some nice work. And very reasonable prices. I hope you'll post again as I cannot attend this dinner.
