For those of you who are trying to eat local as much as possible, I have a resource for you. My friend, Farmer Vicki, is offering a spring CSA. It is $180.00 for 9 weeks, starting the first week in April. It's a great source for before the farmer's markets kick in. The boxes will be a mix of keepers, greenhouse, and things like chard that can grow as soon as the snow's gone. It should be fun.

Do you know where her pick up sites are located?

Oak Park - On Kennilworth, right across from the post office/unity temple. I am not sure if she has other drop offs.
