    At Hot Dog University we train students how to correctly make an Italian beef. Then, they can train their customers how to correctly eat one, without wearing it.

    We're working on it. The new Vienna Beef website is beginning to list stands state by state and some have the Hot Dog U certification. Have you been to the new Dr. Dawg's that opened last Wednesday on Layton, across from Kopps? It's quite the place and it's the only independent restaurant in the United States that has the Coke Suicide Machine, where one can mix and match soft drinks. Last week, I had a vanilla Coke and an orange Coke.
