28-year-old chef Matt Eversman, formerly of Saigon Sister and now striking out on his own with Oon on W. Randolph, is going to be a guest on The Interview Show, the talk show I host at The Hideout (1354 W. Wabansia). Show is from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. $8. Also on the bill: theater director David Cromer.
