Gary Wiviott author of "Low & Slow: Master the Art of Barbecue in 5 Easy Lessons" is teaching a rib class at Backyard Barbecue Store in Wilmette, IL. Saturday 10/17. Learn how to do ribs the right way on both a Weber Smokey Mountain and a Big Green Egg. Gary will also show you how to make his basic Wiviott Rub, Tangy 7-Pepper Barbecue Sauce and Lexington Red Slaw, all recipes from his book.
Saturday October 17th 1pm, cost $50, includes BBQ, wine and beer.
