Guest Chef – Alan Lake
Come on out to the farm to learn how rich soils and perennial grasses combine to create our wonderful meat. Enjoy a relaxing tour around the farm and then sit down with fellow farm supporters for a delicious dinner.
2:30 pm: Meet the trolley at Greenhouse Bed and Breakfast and join farmer Harry Carr for a tour of Mint Creek Farm. There will be plenty of time to visit all the animals living on the farm including cows, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep and goats.
Dinner: The trolley will circle back to the B&B for dinner. Awarding winning Chef Alan Lake will be our extraordinary guest chef tonight. He has made his mark across the globe including: Chicago, Los Angeles, South Florida, Phoenix, Maui, Paris, Las Vegas, Provence, Canada, Japan and Zurich.
