I'm teaching BBQ classes at Barn & Company this summer. Each class will focus on 2-3 meats with accompanying rub, sauce and side. Lunch, soda, beer included and I plan on having a bottle of bourbon handy.

Class will be held on Barn & Company's patio using our wood fired Yoder offset, emphasis will be educational with a healthy dose of BBQ conviviality.
