For August, the Evanston Lunch Group is planning a stay-cation, that is, we'll be staying in Evanston and checking out the relatively new Taco Diablo. Opened in May by the owners of Lulu's in Evanston, Taco Diablo garnered a couple of positive early LTH reviews:
