    Cathy-
can you post if there are any items that seem to be needed but not accounted for?
    or in short supply?
    ie., ice or plates, etc...
    Thanks

    Master reservation list is here.

This list is really partial, because TBD or surprise lead the offerings to the picnic. What is known to be in short supply so far:
    - Beverages for people who don't consume alcohol. Joan's punch (now with Cynthia's ice) and sparkling waters pretty much sums up the non-alcoholic beverages. Tarte Tatin (RIP) usually brought the soft drinks.

    - Tableware - Maret is bringing garbage bags & plastic ware: 100 forks, 60 spoons and 40 knives. fifille has the tablecloths covered. I have some napkins and cutlery to supplement. What is needed is cups, plates (small and large) ... if people have leftover party supplies they want to clear out of the closet, this is a good time to bring it.

Whatever is leftover goes to the Mardi Gras party and the Montrose Beach cookouts. Nothing goes to waste!

However, Carolyn will be attending and bringing what she has mysteriously described as a "savory cookie."

A few updates on team Souk:

Unfortunately, a few folks had to drop out --please remove More is More, Less is More, Clematron and DocNik from the list.

Also, while we don't want to give away our menu until the event, we did want to give an update on the types of items, so that folks will know how much deliciousness is coming their way:
    6 Meat items
    12 Vegetarian Items
    5 location baked bread items
    12 item condiment/topping bar
    3 desserts
    3-4 beverages

    See you there!!

I'm also bringing a case of water for our booth workers--since, a lot of the time, we don't get to the main pavillion as often as the rest of the folks. Not sure if you want to count that since it won't be a public offering--hope that's ok.

You raise a good point. As much as some folks might bring water for others, it's going to be very hot and it is highly recommended to bring ample water for yourself and your group. It's best -- and safest -- not to count on water just being there, especially in these anticipated conditions, when more will be required to stay properly hydrated.
