Wednesday September 20th, 12:30 p.m.
With Burt's Place not (yet?) open for lunch, our thoughts turned to Pequod's (and Gulliver's). We will raise a glass of root beer to the most distinguished style of Chicago pizza (although perhaps not the most famous outside of the area) at Pequod.
