Wednesday evening WTTW broadcast a one-off program on artisanal cheese makers and associated dairy farms in southern Wisconsin: Living on the Wedge. We enjoyed the program and recommend it for anyone interested in cheese. The program will be repeated on Saturday, January 6, at 11:00 am.

On January 19 new episodes of Check Please will resume with La Piazza, Thai Pastry and Chef Station as the restaurants. The same evening the fifth season of Rick Bayless' One Plate at a Time premieres with a program in Merida, Yucatan.

HI,

This will also be repeated on Saturday at 11 AM on WTTW.

The producer of 'On the Wedge' will be presenting to the Chicago Foodways Roundtable meeting next week. This was planned months ago, long before there was the WTTW opportunity.

Regards,
