OK, so I finally found my Flicker password after a year or two, returned to the site, found it entirely new, and, basically, incomprehensible. The directions (?) so far as I can follow them, tell me that I have to use the direct link within the "share" folder above the picture. Unfortunately, the URL looks like this:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/73101296@N04/6595165703/Which takes me to the page with the image, but not the image itself (which, I assume, should be a URL ending in " .jpg ") Could someone pls take me by the hand and show me how to get to the image on that page, and not the page itself?

The way I do it is I right-click the image, and choose "Medium 640" from the little menu that appears. This takes me to another page with my image & all the size options above it. On this page, I right-click the image, and choose "Open image in new tab" (I use Chrome...I believe Firefox & IE have similar options). The image opens in a new tab, with a "staticflickr.com" URL that can be copied & used here. For the image you linked to above, it's this:
