The picture is actually a small window in the dining room of the mystery restaurant. Outside light shines through a transparency of the owner's wife. I'll show another window if nobody guesses the restaurant soon.

Yes, it's Klas in Cicero. You can take a virtual tour of the dining room here. The window with Ella Klas' portrait is just to the right of the cuckoo clock. Adolph's portrait (slightly less visible) is on the other side of the five large arched windows.

Rene - was your visit recent? As far as I can tell, they are still open to the public on their reduced / catering-focused schedule, but it would be nice to know what the vibe and menu seemed like in this tenuous post-fundraiser time.
