I've only been two or three times, and I've not seen that salmon, but the pic seems like it would be right at home at Chinn's? Tho the clue of Asian cuisine doesn't really fit, I don't think.

It was crap shoot guess. My eyes are usually focused on my ramen soup in the food court.

Yes, Asian Bistro. The only place in the north burbs that brings the spicy when you ask for the spicy. Their dry fried chili chicken is a good match for LSC. No clue what that fish is doing there though.
