Does anyone know of any cafes that offer nel drip coffee? I'm thinking of buying one, but I'd like to try the brew first. Thanks.

I've never seen one in a cafe that I recall and I frequent most of the good ones on the north side.

I've got a Yama "sock" brewer that I have used about 10-12 times or so but I never found anything distinctive about it. I have way too many ways to brew regular coffee (plus an Expobar Brewtus II) but always go back to the Chemex and French Press depending on the body I am looking for.

I currently have:
Yama Siphon
Bodum Electric Santos Vacuum Pot
Aeropress
Ibrik
Phin
Moka Pot (stovetop and electric versions)
7 or 8 French presses of various sizes including one that pulls the grinds up and out of the coffee
3 different size chemex
Eva Solo
Single cup dripper
