My family owns 30 wooded acres in northern WI with acres of ramps growing wild. When I was up 3 weeks ago they were going strong so I dug up 1-2 lbs. and had several feasts. I'm wondering if there is any market worth exploring with Chicago resturants? I have no clue if it's worth digging some up, but thought this might be a good place to ask.

Thanks much.

You can probably skip the market and if the price is reasonable arrange a location and folks here will take them off your hands.
