Very nice how the Crain's reporter credited Vienna with creating Hot Dog U. This guy's notion of accuracy in journalism is suspect at best. Anyway, congrats Mark on the expansion of your media empire.

The Associated Press and the Chicago Tribune visited Hot Dog University today. Our Tuesday HDU Special was a jumbo, natural casing, char cheddar Polish with grilled onions, bag of Jay's, and a Coke for $5/tax included. Videos, photos, and stories will follow soon. Next Tuesday's HDU menu will also include a char salami sandwich with grilled onions. Hours are 11am-1:30pm in front of the Vienna Beef Factory Store.

No problem! We'll be set up on Tuesday, April 20th and April 27th from 11-1 serving char cheddar Polish with grilled onions and char salami with grilled onions.
