Ultimate Mac & Cheese

I am teaching one of the very poplar "Taste Test" cooking classes at the Fearless Food Kitchen to benefit the Peterson Garden Project on Tuesday 3/3/15 at 7:00 P.M.

Everybody loves mac and cheese. It’s been a staple in most people’s diet since childhood. Throw away that blue box and explore some ways to dress up this classic dish using high quality ingredients from artisanal cheeses to luxury add-ins. In this class, we’ll create a “master sauce”, and then you’ll get to choose from a variety of add-ins to create your own personal “Ultimate Mac & Cheese”. This will be a hands-on class where each participant will get to create their own dish. When we’re done, we’ll sit down to a nice dinner of salad and Ultimate Mac & Cheese.
