I'll be there, of course! Ecstatic to be part of the "I've never missed a picnic" crowd.

Likely make a dish with prune plums, again. They're so good baked.

    And bring some beer.

We'll be driving back from Michigan that morning, so we'll probably bring something Michigan-related.

We'll be bringing encased meat products from Drier's Meats in Three Oaks, MI, and maybe an apple pie from one of the orchards where we will be picking apples earlier in the weekend.

P.S. I could use some grill space to cook up some of the stuff we're bringing back for the picnic. Can someone help me out with that?

We can definitely set you up. We'll have a wide variety of ovens/smokers/grill options and a mix of lump charcoal and oak logs going. Send me a mesage directly if you have any specific requests for times or devices.

Our group will be bringing you an amazing selection of the finest middle eastern delights--we don't want to give too much away, but a few details to tempt you--a wood burning oven for breads; delicious grilled meats, including the return of the Cone of Delight; a fry station, a BR cake (who can forget the spectacular pandan layer cake at tiki town :D ) and much, much more!!!!

Our group includes Attrill and family, laikom, Teresa, BR, swingbossa, mbh, petite-gourmande, gastronome, less-is-more (and his better half, the lovely more-is-more), iris arbor and hubs, pairs4life, docnik and clelamatron. Hi,

Reconfirmed our location today and confirmed we will have 15 picnic tables available to us.

According to Skilling, low of 67 and high of 84 with humid conditions. Glad for the warmth, though I hope it will be less humid.

Supplies from last year were used at irisarbor's Mardi Gras party last February and via Laikom's series of lakefront picnics and grill parties. We found life was made easier for everyone by simply using supplies for ongoing community events.

We will need paper plates, paper napkins, plastic cups and some baby wipes.

New poster Maret will bring garbage bags and plastic cutlery. We will need more disposables.

    Regards,
    Cathy2

    Hi,

For those with kids: Pinata breaking is at 2 PM this year.

When friends move, I often get their spices and herbs. I have a bunch I will bring to be given away. If the contents are stale or not to your liking, you may still want the container.

    Regards,
