Hello all, been enjoying this forum for some time, and decided to register today to ask for a little help. I know, I'm so needy!!!

I could not turn up anything with the search function, and I am looking for raw pork knuckles to make myself some Schweinshaxen. My local guy said he can only get them in 40lb cases and I do not have the capability of dealing with 40lbs of pig knuckle.

Does anyone have any hints on to where I could pick up some raw pig knuckles?

I can't guarantee it, but I would be surprised if Peoria Packing couldn't sell you as many or as few as you need.

How are you going to do them? I've had them roasted a couple of times in The Olde Countrie and they were awfully good.

Here's a little something to whet your appetite for the wonder that is Peoria Packing, courtesy of Cathy2.
