Yes. Pozoleria San Juan.

Really JeffB, your breadth of knowledge concerning Latin American cuisine/restaurants is quite impressive. I know you know Cuban food, too, and last night I was reading in The Economist that the world's oldest man just died (119, I think): he was Cuban and his main food was cassava and sweet potatoes fried in pork fat. What kept him going? According to the article, a desire to shake Fidel's hand. That, plus the delicious crispy starch.
