Wow, is the food awful here! Came as close as one can come to losing a bet and ended up here for a lunch over the weekend (first time since 2013). Can't say anything I tasted was something I'd even consider ordering again. Chicken in both the parm and a sandwich was severely overcooked, dry and hard. Tortilla soup was a flavorless cup of red sludge. Fries were limp and lifeless. Turkey sandwich was fine, though not exactly a challenging item to prepare. Wings, ordered buffalo style, were cooked well but the sauce was nothing close to buffalo. Looking around the table at the end of meal, no one had finished anything, and it wasn't because the portions were enormous. What's at work here? Captive audience syndrome? Yuck!

We liked this place for a short while. Audrey was a toddler, so maybe 8-9 years ago? It took a huge turn for the worse very quickly. After a couple of bad experiences (food, cleanliness, and service,) we never returned. Sounds like that was a good decision!

Are the Nieto's still owners? We haven't been there since Carlos was around. At least back then the food was semi good.

Then I'm surprised at the lack of quality. Sad.

Maybe the draw is the atmosphere more than the food? I've only had drinks there, but Ms. R was surprised - she's had some good meals there. Of course, YMMV and it's likely that she chose soups and pastas.

Years ago we did go there a couple of times and the food was OK, but hardly memorable. The last time we went the server was hostile. It may well have been an exception, but the memory lingers.

I had one of the best burgers I've ever had there...but that was back in 2011? 2012? Something like that. Also was after a long day of cleaning/moving stuff so I was starving, probably a cardboard box with cheese on it I would've thought that was delicious.
