My favorite is a little closer than Buddy's. Hazel's in Hebron does an outstanding hash. Most places have trended toward a more finely cut corned beef (like the canned stuff - maybe preferred by some but fairly generic), Hazel's has nice chunks of tender meat and huge portions. Really delicious.
