Dolo was a frequent go-to during the plague. 16-18 items for the 2 of us lasted a few days. Worth the $80-100 it cost. Superior sui mai, sticky rice in lotus leaf, flat noodles w/olive and pork, short ribs, bean curd skin w/pork, turnip w/xo, chive dumplings...

Pigmon would have said "tallest midget in the circus" but this really is quite good.

Dolo go-tos: siu mai, ham sui gok, lotus sticky rice, pan fried shrimp w corn dumping, shrimp rice crepe.
Their siu mai is my current fave.

Dolo and Triple Crown are my favorites for dim sum. Second the recommendations above. We usually can't leave without an order of braised chicken feet and liquid custard buns for dessert, but those might not be up to everyone's taste.
