It’s fun visiting areas I haven’t had a reason to previously. First competition was in Joliet and I got some great suggestions from LTHers. We’ll be at Oswego East High School. My husband’s mission will be to find food that we’ll eat at our hotel in Aurora after the competition performances. It has to be something that will hold OK as it will be around 10pm when we get a chance to eat. We understand anything will suffer a bit under those circumstances. Any ideas would be appreciated as I have no experience with either city.
Fortunately for you, you will be close to US Rte 34 and not too far from IL Rte 59, not to mention not too far from downtown Aurora.
Are there specific cuisines that your family would prefer?

Post #212 - March 26th, 2021, 5:40 amWe’re not picky eaters, with one exception. Mexican can be problematic with my daughter who won’t eat raw onion, any kind of salsa or cilantro. Also trying to avoid fries/fried food as there will be a delay from when it’s picked up to consumption.
We like all kinds of Asian food, pizza, pasta, a good sandwich...
