Yeah, you should believe the hype on this one. You can design your own tacos, but I don't see the need. I tried all four tacos on the menu:

Hongos al chuy: Mushroom Medley, Munster Cheese, Onion, Cilantro, Lime Crema, Avocado, Salsa Macha
Pollo Al Limon: lime marinated chicken thigh, onion, cilantro, avocado, and fresno chiles

El Americano: Marinated Skirt Steak, Munster Cheese, Romaine, Tomato, Lime Crema (on a flour tortilla instead of corn like the others)
Al Pastor Taco: achiote marinated pork shoulder, pineapple-habanero relish, onion and cilantro.
If I had to rank them, I'd go mushroom, Americano, pastor, and then chicken, but I'd accept any of those first 3 as a legitimate #1 ranking. I give extra points to the mushroom and the Americano because great al pastor can be had elsewhere.

This massive skirt steak torta comes with black beans, Munster cheese, romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, lime crema and avocado. The table shared this one and we were all big fans. I can see why WhyBeeSea commented on the bread. We actually liked it but it was way too soft to make it feel like we were eating a torta. The bread was almost like a challah roll.

We tried a couple of desserts - a concha and a funnel cake thing that I don't remember the name of. I wouldn't run back for either but the concha, which is filled with cream, was better than most. I'm just not a concha guy.
