    Realize this is rather late, and you've probably already made your selections, but you can't go wrong with the usual sequence of something white/fizzy/light, something red, and then something to round out and end the evening. While still playful, the cooking here is less outre than it was, say, five years ago and conforms pretty well to the standard contemporary tasting menu. No sense in overthinking it, you know?

    Hi all - Lived in Chicago for 16 years but now live out of state. Planned to get back several times by now, but, y'know, 2020. So we're finally getting back next month and would love to revisit Schwa.

    Does anyone know exactly when each day or week or block of days are released on Tock? Also, is that the only way to reserve, or should I try calling for a date that's still about 2 weeks past what's currently up on Tock?
