I was recently at Cafe Tiztal and forgot the try this version with chicken. (so much for me making a mental note )
The chorizo version I did have looked nothing like the above photo and was very heavy on the cheese. I normally wouldn't go back but this pic above will make me go back one more time and try this version.

That photo was from 5 years ago, so you're more recent experience may be more telling.
