in search of a Rick Bayless recipe

I've been making myself nuts searching for a recipe that I know is from Rick Bayless, but it's not in any of the six of his cookbooks that I own. I actually have a possible memory of it being on a print out. Meaning maybe it came from cooking class or I printed it out of the newspaper. Anyway, If anyone has a Bayless recipe for sweet potato/chipotle enchiladas, please let me know. No Beans, no Swiss chard; it has to just be sweet potatoes and chipotle-no other kind of chile. Thanks!

This isn't a Rick Bayless recipe, but it's Rick Bayless-inspired, and maybe it will help until you find the real one?

I checked the four books of his I have, no luck either.

thanks katie, i saw this one and it's nothing like the one i'm looking for. i remember wedges of sweet potato are roasted in a chipotle sauce and then baked in tortillas and covered with more sauce. the whole dish is that beautiful dark red that is chipotle. but i appreciate your help.

I know this not the exact recipe as its not with tortillas but looks like can be applied to the above request as this one was inspired by Rick Bayless called Chile Glazed Yams (Camote Adobado) and looks pretty good:
