Does anyone have a recipe from the old health resort in Wedron, IL? Or, does anyone remember a certain specialty of the place? I'm putting-together a cookbook and need a recipe from St. Joseph's. Thanks!

HI,
If nobody here offers an idea, you may want to contact the woman behind www.lostrecipesfound.com.

My mother worked in the kitchen at St. Joseph's in the late 50's and early 60's. I will see her later this month and ask her. Donald findtimmy@yahoo.com

I have a photo/post card from 1940 taken in the dining room of St. Joseph’s Health Resort in Wedron, Illinois. If anyone is interested, I would be happy to share it.
