I got the Jalapeno Cilantro flavor.
It should just be called Cilantro/Lime. It's nicely citrus-y, and cilantro-y. No jalapeno notes at all - not even like a jalapeno essence. I cracked it open to use as a sauce for some falafel sandwiches. I like it. Would never even think of paying for it, however.

Cynthia wrote:I haven't gotten an offer for a freebie in a few weeks now. I go to the store and they have a rack of the Saturday specials, but I asked, and they said unless I get the email and click on it, I don't get the freebie. So is it sporadic? Or maybe because I don't always shop at the same store? I did an online "chat," and all customer service could say was "I really don't know."

When you sign into J4U there will usually be a separate 'Saturday Sampler' category on the left side list of categories.

Thank you. It's not a life-altering issue -- but I have discovered some lovely products this way. Plus free is free. :)

The Saturday Sampler and other coupon deals are in the J4U app. Other freebies are offered through the occasional Word of the Day. I rely on Artie or Dave to post those here, but I do know Jewel will announce it on Facebook (and likely other social media).
