    Stir fry iceberg lettuce w/Chinese sausage, daikon, onion, celery, garlic. Glug of oyster sauce, drizzle of sesame oil/soy sauce, dash of white pepper. Love lettuce stir fry with oyster sauce, especially when Chinese sausage is added to the mix.

    HI,

    The first time I saw stir fried lettuce was on the Frugal Gourmet. The sauce was from fermented tofu. I bought a bottle a few months ago ostensibly to make this dish once more.
