Has anyone ever cooked mustard seed pods? I've got a bumper crop, having not shipped the flowers while two weeks on vacation.
Individually, they're mildly spicy raw, not any more fibrous than a green bean, but much smaller.

I don't know that I'd cook them alone, but with other veg or mushrooms they could be very tasty.

I'm confused. Do you have a business selling mustard flowers ? I have never heard of purchasing mustard flowers. What do people do with them ?

He’s growing mustard greens. When they flower (the plant bolts due to age exacerbated by heat), seed pods follow. Joel’s asking if anyone has cooked with the pods.

I haven’t but love the idea and I’m going to see what it yields (I have them as well). Thanks for the idea!

Haven't shipped the flowers --> should be --> Haven't snipped the flowers. :D I was wondering the same thing.
