A neighbor just dropped off 60 cans of food as she is moving into a smaller home. Most of the product is stuff that I can incorporate into my meals.

What can I do with the large cans of tomato sauce? What can I incorporate it into? I am open into any ideas.

How large cans? If it's simply a matter of the cans being larger than what you can use in a single outing, tomato sauce freezes well either in small containers or freeze it in plastic cups and knock them out into a big plastic bag.
And is it Spanish style sauce, like Goya? or pasta sauce? I think some people make chili with Spanish style. Here's one example: https://www.goya.com/en/recipes/wholesome-bean-chili

28oz Great Value tomato sauce. 4 cans.

Actually, I sent it to one of my foodie friends along with three 16oz cans of pumpkin. In return, I received 4# of whole wheat spaghetti that she wanted to get rid of.

The stuff that I kept from my neighbor who is moving include

    4 cans of organic lentils
    6 cans of chopped chilis
    3 cans of cocnut milk
and a variety of NAS canned vegetables.

I like you idea of freezing what I cannot use except that I just stuffed my freezer space with $2.50/lb 80/20 ground beef and a boatload of 99c chicken thighs.
