Hi, years ago I found a recipe for hot oil by Kian Lam Kho and the recipe had 1/4 cup of Sichuan peppercorns (花椒), but when I looked the recipe up a few days ago, some copies on line have 1/2 cup, while others have 1/4 cup. I think the copy I have was published before the book came out. Just wondering which the book says.
I actually found the Purple Gromwell (紫草) for the recipe!
