Thx for the reminder. I redeemed points for a $50 dining reward on Dec 19 and they expire in a year. Just assumed it was a lost cause but I'll email them and see what they say.

Try a chat. I was surprised at how successful it was.

Thanks! This worked like a charm! And instead of reinstating my dining credit, they reinstated the points associated with it.

This is perfect as I've been feeling guilty about using gift cards at restaurants. So now i can redeem the points for Amazon gift cards. No guilt there!

    Hi,

What is the service fee paid by the restaurant to use Open Table?

    Regards,

The Basic plan is free to try. After the first 30 days, you’ll pay $39 a month, plus $1.50 per reservation from the OpenTable website. Reservations from your own website will cost 0.25 per cover, or a $49 per month flat fee. In addition, OpenTable charges a 2% service fee for takeout and experiences on top of these charges.
