The only biometric data I have given to anyone is TSA and Apple for my fingerprints.

Apple doesn't have your biometric data. It's used locally on your computer and converted to a mathematical value for password protection. Never leaves your device in biometric form.

They just need to disclose and get consent. Illinois only protects against non-consensual use of biometric data.
