My November calendar was a joke. Thanksgiving followed by Chanukah didn't help matters.

Enough excuses. Please join me on the 8th at (NEW TIME) 11:30am for some authentic Indian & Nepalese Cuisine in Highwood.

Wish I could make it, but my meeting schedule has gotten absurd lately

That puts a lot of responsibility on the EC to plan the menu for us all to share. Looking forward to it.

Will--we'll just slip him a mickey and that'll take the decision-making out of his hands. But...someone will have to feed him... :D

I would love to join you but that morning I'll be getting my leg cut off - twice - above and below the knee and then hopefully put back together with a new knee. Enjoy!

An early Christmas present, because walking with ease is a good gift.

Oh gosh! Good luck with the surgery, Eddie, and I hope you'll be ready to get back to dancing very soon.

Oh, shoot! I am not there because I had it fixed in my mind that it was on Thursday, not Wednesday. Sorry! See you all soon.

Enjoyable lunch as per usual. Great to meet a new friend as well.

Himalayan/Nepalese cuisine is by definition similar to northern Indian, with some subtle changes. We tried the traditional Nepalese rato bhale tarkari, in which the spice profile I don't believe includes garam masala, and very good. Also goat biryani, aloo gobhi and one other dish I can't remember.

Prices I thought were relatively high but probably normal now, post (present) Covid.
