Soble opened District Brew Yards at 417 N. Ashland Ave. in 2019. The company operates as a food hall for beer. Four breweries make and sell their beverages at District Brew Yards. Each has their own wall inside the facility with taps, and customers can pour their own beer.

It remains to be seen whether the four breweries that operate within District Brew Yards will find new homes or shutter. Soble said no final decisions have been made. Those breweries are: Around The Bend Beer Co., Burnt City Brewing, Casa Humilde Cerveceria and Twisted Hippo Brewing.
