I hauled out the 1987 Chevrolet Sprint to do a day of shopping on Wed., 9 November 2022. I shopped at Trader Joe's (Park Ridge, IL.), Aldi (Harwood Heights, IL.), and Family Dollar. What was bought at Family Dollar was a 7-pound bag of cat litter [$2.10]. I would have bought more than one, but this was all the store @ 6701 W. Belmont Ave. had. I presume you do not need to see a picture of a bag of cat litter. So you won't.
I hereby present the images of the beers bought.

I ventured out of the abode on Tuesday to visit The Beer Temple on N. Elston Ave. Tuesday is the day of the week when members of its affinity group get double bonus points.
In addition to four beers on draught, I shopped the bottle store as well. Being reliant on transit meant I had to limit what I could get, and in what type of container.
Here is a photograph of what I bought, after which is identified, and prices realized.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout is one of my two favorite Guinness!
In my foray to Binny’s in Gurnee last week, I picked up a case, @ $9.99/4 pack.
Guinness XXX is the other favorite.
    No Cook County sales tax!

BTW, Czechvar is also good, got some at Fresh Farms a few years ago.
