On a whim, I planted some banana peppers in my garden. I was gonna add them to a salad, maybe on sandwiches and burgers. Anyone have other ideas on ways to use banana peppers? Thanks!

If they are blazing hot, I stuff them with Italian sausage and grill till sausage cooked. If mild, I stuff with hot Italian and grill till sausage is done. Then eat with ice cold beer in back yard.

Or, I stuff with ricotta and basil, cover with marinara and bake. When almost done, I top with mozzarella and crumbled hot Italian sausage and bake until the cheese is molten lava!

Soak them in a thin layer of olive oil overnight. Then cook them in a pan adding eggs and cheese if you prefer.
