Francesca's Bellezza (LaGrange) closed on Dec 24th. Hearing there was no prior notice given.

This is the end of the road for Bellezza and we definitely did not receive a severance package. We got an unemployment sheet with a Merry Christmas.

Mr. B's BBQ on Lincoln ave announced on their Facebook page that they are closing. I'm pretty bummed, they were one of the few BBQ joints that delivered to me and I really loved their smoked chicken.

Also not sure if it was mentioned here, but Mythos on Montrose has closed.

The Blackwood BBQ location in Lakeview closed last Friday after two years. According to the closure post, the location was primarily delivery and catering orders, so they plan to cover most of the lost ground from their remaining locations.

However, there are six permits issued in November for a Taco Bell Cantina location build-out.

Like a lot of BBQ spots opened by competition guys, they were never able to put out a consistently good product.
