I think that since the demise of Jerrico , Inc. in 1999, the chain has gone from one investment group to another with little thought to upgrading the brand. Yum! did little for the brand other than to add the restaurant to some multi-brand locations which I think was a good idea for LJS as the menu is limited to fish and seafood.
I was dragged to a location in Albuquerque and one in Texas last year. It was one of my DW's guilty pleasures when she was young. Even she admitted that the food was very mediocre and that we would not be going back.
